Evgeny is a patent attorney of the Russian Federation, specialising in the following areas: inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trade and service marks, geographical indications, computer programs, databases and integrated circuit topology. He is registered with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (reg. no. 1200, 28/11/2007). Evgeny is also a Eurasian patent attorney (reg. no. 451, 25/12/2017) (Eurasian Patent Office)

Evgeny graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (as a mechanical engineer) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) under the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (as a lawyer specialising in legal protection of intellectual property). He has taken a professional retraining course in Business Valuation (at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation). He has a postgraduate degree also from the RGAIS (in civil and business law).

Evgeny has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of legal protection of intellectual property (inventions, utility models and industrial designs) and means of individualization (trademarks), including at the following Rospatent bodies: the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS) and the Rospatent Chamber of Patent Disputes (Rospatent PPS), as well as at Soyuzpatent OOO, one of Russian’s leading patent attorney firms.

He also has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of valuation of intellectual property rights (know-how, inventions, utility models, industrial designs and computer programs) and means of individualization (trademarks).

Alfia Bilyalova, Senior Partner – Head of Inventory and valuation of intellectual property rights and means of individualization.

Alfia graduated from the Russian Government Academy of National Economy (in Economics and Business Management). She has attended a Russian-German MBA programme.

Alfia has more than 10 years’ experience in her specialist field, including at Russian tax authorities.

Anton is a patent attorney of the Russian Federation. He is registered with the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (reg. no. 1495, 20/12/2012).

Anton graduated from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) under the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (as a lawyer specialising in legal protection of intellectual property), and has a postgraduate degree also from the RGAIS (in civil and business law).

He has more than 7 years’ experience in the field of legal protection of intellectual property (registration of computer programs and databases, registration of agreements to transfer the rights to computer programs and databases), including at the following Rospatent bodies: the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).

Natalia graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Light Industry (as a process engineer specialising in garment technology) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) under the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (as a patent engineer).

She has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of legal protection of intellectual property, including at the following Rospatent bodies: the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).

Lyubov Shcherbakova, Chief Specialist (patent engineer), Registration of objects of patent law.

Lyubov graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University (as a mechanical engineer) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) under the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (as a patent engineer).

She has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of legal protection of intellectual property, including at the following Rospatent bodies: the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).

Natalia Stepanova, Assistant Patent Attorney, holds a higher education qualification in economics. Natalia has more than 7 years’ experience in her profession.

Olesya Nelyuobova, Development Manager.

Olesya graduated from the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS) under the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) (as a lawyer specialising in legal protection of intellectual property).

She has more than 5 years’ experience of working at the following Rospatent bodies: the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).
